Frederick W. Penney (aka Fred Penney or Fred Penny) was born February, 1963. grew up in the town of Penryn in Northern California in the 1970s. She is one of four boys who became the author of the Penryn Boys book series. Through personal experience, Frederick got to know many Penryn Boys and his incredible adventures. This book is a fiction based on real and legendary stories and events that took place in Pernyn long ago. Penryn Boys novels were published as philanthropic gifts for junior and junior high schools throughout the West and edited by the highly esteemed and distinguished teacher and lecturer of Del Hood High School, Mark Hayward. Currently, Frederick Penney is working on Book Two Penryn Boys entitled "He Back." He is a personal injury lawyer with trafficking, and is a manager partner of a large California law firm: Penney and Associates. Mr. Penney is also the host of Law Talk Radio, a nationally syndicated radio show focusing on various legal issues today.

Frederick Penney is a major shareholder of a well-known national racing machine company, Comptech, whose machines have won the Indianapolis 500 and other races. Comptech also built the Mazda racing engine, and was selected by the famous California Angels pitcher to build a power plant for race car competition. He is involved in the Serial Series Racing Series Pacific Challenge Series. The race runs at All American Speedway, Madera Speedway, Stockton 99 Speedway, and Ukiah Speedway. Mr Penney is also involved in Penney Racing Supply in Sacramento that supplies racing teams with spare parts and racing tires.

Career as a Lawyer

Acknowledged to California State Bar in 1992. Penney received B.A. degree from Brigham Young University in 1988 in Philosophy. He studied at J. Reuben Clark Law School (JRCLS) where he received his J.D. in 1991. He is the author of many personal injury law articles.

Upon entering the bar, he worked briefly for the national personal injury company. Due to the large number of requests from potential clients, he opened Penney and Associates law firm in 1992. During Penneys's early years as a lawyer, he was contracted by a national law firm to take a number of difficult cases to court. Within six months of graduating from the bar, he was made the sole attorney for the High Court personal injury case. Mr. Penney went on to successfully prosecute cases for clients throughout California. He will become a member of the California Trial Lawyers Association in 1993, and was also accepted in 1992 and 1993 to the East District Court and the District Court of Appeal 9.

He is currently a member of the Washington D.C. bar, and the United States Supreme Court bar.

The Penney and Associates company has expanded throughout the State of California with offices located in Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Irvine, Chico, and satellite offices in Fairfield, Santa Clara, San Francisco, Fresno, Stockton, Sunnyvale, Bakersfield, Los Angeles, San Diego and other big cities. In December 2015, one of the Penney and Associates cases featured on NBC's evening news.

Mr. Penney and California's personal injury lawyer inside the company have handled numerous high profile personal injury cases and thousands of personal injury lawyer cases that have made his company one of the most sought after personal injury companies in the state of California. Among one of the most notorious cases was a traffic accident where clients were found guilty by police, but Penney and Associates could still win.

Accolades

Frederick Penney and colleagues from his company have been named the 100 Best Attorney in northern California. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and is mentioned in Sacramento Magazine as Top Lawyer for 2015 and 2016. He maintains the AVVO rating "10/10 Superb". In 2017, it was reviewed by Martindale-Hubbell, earning a rating of "AV Preeminent" from other lawyers. Penney is also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum.
