The company was founded in 1964 by lawyers John F. Goodson and Judge Keith Mangum in Phoenix, Arizona as LawForms Incorporated and provides legal forms for the legal industry. In 1990 the company switched to a legal software company that provides software applications for the legal industry. Today, as a holding company, National Software Incorporated provides software for legal, tax, export and transport industries, finance, and medical billing. Managed by owners Erich Ruth and Robert Huffman, National Software Incorporated continues to develop, innovate and automate.
