Henry Clay McCormick (June 30, 1844 - May 26, 1902) is a Republican member of the US House of Representatives of Pennsylvania.

Henry C. McCormick was born in Washington Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He attended public school and Dickinson Seminary in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. He studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1866 and practiced in Williamsport.

McCormick was elected Republican for the Fifty and the Fifty First Congress. He served as chair of the House of Railways and Canals Committee in the United States during the First Fifty Congress. He was a delegate to the Republican National Convention of 1892. He was elected president of Williamsport & North Branch Railroad in 1892. He served as Pennsylvania's attorney general from 1895 to 1899. He continued his legal practice and died at Williamsport in 1902. His body was buried in Wildwood Cemetery.
